Sunday Seminar: Wizard’s Duel (Falls, Rolls & Kicks)

Things get a little magical this time around.
This seminar will begin by focusing on the basics of Falls and Rolls. Next, students will get some inspiration for how to send others into those falls with kicks. To wrap up, NYCSS Instructor Kaitlyn Farley will add some moves from a wizarding world so students can perform their own Wizard Duels.
