The Saber has had a long and colorful history on the stage, screen and martial arts. On October 10th we will take a focused look at using the saber both martially and from the Golden Age swashbuckling.
-New students will receive an introduction in the use of the saber and the application of those techniques for stage & screen combat.
-Returning students will push their skills further with more complicated and advanced techniques.
From there we’ll take a look at the style and techniques of classic Hollywood swashbuckling and ultimately bring all of these elements together into choreography!
