Stuck in a Bind: Bound Fighting

Think you can take them with one hand tied behind your back?

Prove it! This seminar will take a look at fighting from constrained and bound scenarios. Participants will learn how to keep fighting (and ultimately break free) from scenarios such as being grabbed, choked or being handcuffed. In the end, all of these techniques will be applied to a choreographed fight.
